Opt Out Forms Meeting with IT Dept.

The meeting will be held in the Career Center, because the conference room in the office is not available. I hope that is okay.

We are meeting to discuss ways to fix the input system for the Opt Out Forms, because I am not able to input everything the parents check on the form. Also ,to discuss if we even need the Opt Out Form anymore.

I will leave it up to all of you to decide if Dr. Holman should be at this meeting as well.
