Hi Everyone!!

Yes, it is that time of the year when we need to get started on the plans for the Senior Citizens Christmas Program. The 23rd Annual Senior Citizens Christmas Program and Dinner will be held on December 11, 2019 from 1:30pm - 4:00pm. It will be held in the PAC and the GYM. I hope you can all make this meeting so we can all be on the same page!!



For the purpose of this meeting we will be discussing the following:

Set up, clean up,
Songs the choir will sing and who will sing them,
the songs the band will plan and who or which band will be playing them,
What skit Bev will be doing with her students this year, club helpers, (HOSA, ASB, Peer Leaders, Heritage-Johnny Kavanaugh)
Cafeteria staff,
What we will have for dinner,
Picking colors for the table clothes, napkins, etc.,
Facility needs with Ryan Bollens,
Stage needs with Tamara Griffey,
Deans Office, to find out if they can help us with transportation again this year using their carts, parking, who will close off the front parking area??
And whatever else we can think of that needs to be discussed in regards to the Senior Citizen Christmas Program and Dinner.
