A) Audio Equipment / Microphones for announcement and crowd control???

B) Tables & Chairs (Jesse, how many are available?)


C) Custodial set up and clean up

D) Heat and AC on

E) Alarm Off

F) Doors Unlocked

Per the facility request, we will need:
50 tables
2 Chairs at each table, unless otherwise specified (a few extra chris on the rack please)
Tarp put down in the West Gym
Custodial set up and clean up - I will provide Jesse & Terrie with a set-up map for the tables.
Heat/AC on
Alarms off
Doors unlocked
Bathrooms unlocked
